Delivery Policy

Delivery fees are dependant on the size and weight of the products purchased. The prices below are for UK mainland only. We use a variety of delivery providers and this will be selected automatically, depending on the product/s purchased.

Please call customer services on 01926 336322, or email leamington@walnutandweave.co.uk, to discuss delivery to other areas, and subsequent costs, before making your purchase. 

Below is a list of delivery fees and timescales:

On certain products you will see that there is free delivery. There is also the  option to collect from store. (Excluding larger items of furniture which can only be delivered direct).

Accessories - Standard Delivery As soon as your full order is in stock, we’ll dispatch your order via Royal Mail  Accessories will be delivered within three working days of coming into stock. £4.95
Large Accessories - Standard Delivery As soon as your full order is in stock, we’ll dispatch your order via Royal Mail  Accessories will be delivered the next working day after coming into stock. £8.95
Mirrors, Lighting and smaller items of furniture As soon as your full order is in stock, we’ll call you to arrange delivery. Your items should be delivered within one week of coming into stock, this will either be delivered by Walnut & Weave or one of our approved suppliers. £19
Larger items of furniture. Delivery to front door. As soon as your full order is in stock, we’ll call you to arrange delivery. Your items should be delivered within two weeks of coming into stock, this will either be delivered by Walnut & Weave or one of our approved suppliers. £59
2 man white glove delivery service. Item to room and unpacked. As soon as your full order is in stock, we’ll call you to arrange delivery. Your items should be delivered within two weeks of coming into stock, this will either be delivered by Walnut & Weave or one of our approved suppliers. £99

Due to the nature and size of some of our furniture, accessories, lighting and other fragile items the selected delivery option may not apply. We will inform you of the alternative delivery options and cost once your order is in stock.

Please check that the size of the item will fit in your home. We can not take responcibility if he product can not get to the room of your choice.

Collections

Collection from our store is completely free. There is limited parking near the shop and the buyer is responsible for taking all items i.e. staff are unable to assist with taking any orders to your car.

Collections for larger items can only be made Monday - Friday. 

It is not possible to collect larger items of furniture from store, due to storage restrictions. 

Items must be collected within 14 days of confirmation items are in store. Items not collected within this time frame will be returned and refunded.
